The story
Why, what and how this is coming about
A community-built preparation tool for the Anandi Fellowship exam
Why
The Anandi-NEAT is a brand-new exam; its first sitting is December 2026. There are no past papers, no coaching material, and no established playbook. For a 16-year-old in a small town who wants to become an entrepreneur, that silence is the whole problem: you cannot practise for a test nobody has ever seen.
I kept thinking about who this exam is really for; kids with hunger and judgement, not kids with access to expensive prep institutes. The people writing this paper are founders and VCs. Their idea of "acumen" is closer to reading a kirana store's unit economics than solving a calculus problem. Existing question banks train for the wrong game.
So instead of waiting for someone else to build preparation material; probably behind a paywall; I built it myself, in the open. Free to use, free to critique, free to extend.
What
An open question bank for the Anandi Fellowship exam: 680+ questions across all five sections; Quantitative Reasoning, Logic & Inferencing, Data Interpretation & Verbal, General Awareness, and Business Judgement.
Every question carries its provenance; you can see exactly where it came from (IPMAT, XAT, NTSE, CAT, or authored for this bank). MCQs come with worked solutions; subjective items carry model answers and marking rubrics, because the real paper is pen-and-paper, not click-and-pray.
Everything is written in LaTeX and rendered properly; the same way a real question paper reads:
(The answer is $x = 10$; a 25% price cut against a 20% volume lift gives revenue factor $0.75 \times 1.2 = 0.9$.)
How
The bank is assembled from real previous-year papers of the closest analogous exams; IPMAT for format and teen-level quantitative style, XAT's Decision Making section for genuine business judgement scenarios, CAT as a difficulty ceiling, and NTSE MAT for same-age logic patterns.
I (Shivam; who is the author of this bank) is currently is a SWE at Adobe and holds out no affiliation to Anandi Fellowship and the good people who are building this out; this is a testament on how quickly to use AI coding agents and provide some value to the larger community.
